Here's a good word on Our Blogger Templates site from a fellow blogger who're using one of the templates provided here:

I really enjoy this blog - it has in excess of 100 wonderful templates, all of which are ridiculously easy to use, customise and monetise. Change the colours, change the fonts, change the pictures and you have a totally unique blog. Furthermore, they have a great photoblog template which allows you to display large photos – there are very few photoblog templates for Blogger so it is truly invaluable. If you can’t find a template that is exactly right for you, the site also has blog design tutorials which again are uncomplicated and painless. All in all a simple and straightforward site , in fact I like their templates so much that I am using one of their latest for this site!
